24-Hour Service
M2M operates during standard business hours. While we do not provide around-the-clock availability, we can help you prepare after-hours safety plans and identify appropriate emergency resources.

Hands-On Personal Care
We do not provide direct personal care, including hygiene assistance, bathing, or transfers. However, we can assist in identifying the right support solutions for personal care needs.

Companion Services
Our role is centered on structured, non-medical support. We do not serve as a substitute for friendship, family connection, or social companionship.

Transportation Services
While transportation can sometimes be arranged when needed, it is not included as a routine service and may involve additional out-of-pocket costs.

Medical or Nursing Care
M2M is not a medical or nursing provider. We do not offer medical treatment, medication administration, or nursing recommendations.

Psychotherapy
